Senior Business Analyst

The Opportunity

• Collaborate with business users to articulate and finalize requirements following best practices in Business Analysis, while engaging stakeholders across Front-to-Back operations.
• Evaluate and document current business processes and operating models, providing solutions that align with target architecture and address future business demands.
• Develop solutions and prepare functional specifications in partnership with technical IT experts.
• Work closely with the technical development team to bridge the gap between functional and technical specifications.
• Leverage domain expertise to define a viable business solution in partnership with key business stakeholders.
• Ensure that the services provided support and enhance the overall business strategy.
• Conduct testing of developed applications and follow up on necessary fixes.
• Guarantee the timely delivery of fully tested products/features with quality standards suitable for production.
• Keep required quality documentation current and provide training for end-users.
• Coordinate with various user groups to get them engaged as interface services for diverse financial offerings.
• Offer support to test, diagnose, and resolve application-related issues.

Your Background

• Possess a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or IT.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of corporate and investment banking alongside various financial products, including but not limited to Syndications, Participations, Commercial Loans, LC, Guarantees, Discounting, and Factoring.
• Have experience in middle office operations, encompassing trade processing, reconciliation, and risk management.
• Show proficiency in all stages of the IT system development life cycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Have experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Possess hands-on experience with BDD frameworks and UML.
• Be familiar with test automation frameworks and methodologies.
• Be comfortable working with SQL database queries.
• Have experience with Microsoft Office applications.
