Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with walk-in clients to highlight and promote our jewelry offerings and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to not only meet but surpass service delivery expectations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit self-driven motivation and commitment to achieving monthly sales targets.
• Consistently ensure that merchandise, displays, and the store environment are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Qualifications:

• Must have a GCE 'O' Level qualification or its equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service and customer interaction.
• Background in the retail sector is a plus.
• Possess a friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including public holidays and weekends.
