Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Brand Ambassador for the Company.
• Foster brand loyalty through consistently high-quality communication.
• Drive sales growth and significantly contribute to the store's overall sales performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist in confirming payment for sales made or in collecting deposits.
• Verify order details and relay information to Stores for order fulfillment.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding service.
• Fully support and align with key business strategies and new product launches.
• Comply with corporate standards and directives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or customer interaction.
• Previous experience in retail is advantageous.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including public holidays and weekends
