Senior Program Specialist – Contingent Workforce

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Program Specialist, Contingent Workforce to enhance the execution and ongoing refinement of workforce initiatives across various markets within a rapidly expanding Tech MNC. This position is well-suited for individuals who thrive on tackling intricate operational challenges, engaging with a variety of stakeholders, utilizing technology to optimize processes, and driving program excellence in a dynamic regional context.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding extended workforce policies, processes, and operational issues.
• Conduct independent investigations to resolve complex operational challenges, escalating issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with managed service providers and suppliers to enhance service quality, ensure compliance, and improve operational results.
• Oversee program administration, governance controls, due diligence activities, and documentation management.
• Create clear and effective communication for stakeholders, service providers, and suppliers.
• Assist with regional projects, process enhancements, audits, workforce transitions, and technological implementations.
• Analyze operational metrics and generate reports on workforce performance, compliance, risks, and program effectiveness.
• Utilize AI, automation, and digital tools to boost efficiency, accuracy, and overall operational practices.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in contingent workforce management, HR operations, vendor management, program operations, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting transformation initiatives, process enhancements, or change management programs.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing demands, and achieve results with minimal oversight.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities, with a background in advising business leaders on operational issues.
• Experience collaborating with managed service providers (MSPs), staffing suppliers, vendor management systems (VMS), or HR systems.
• Proficient in program coordination, including managing timelines, documentation, governance, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Adept at analyzing operational data and converting findings into actionable insights.
• Experience in supporting regional or multi-country workforce initiatives, including supplier governance, compliance, and due diligence activities.
• Knowledge of AI tools, automation solutions, or emerging technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
