In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Improving manufacturing efficiency through enhancements in workflow, layout optimization, automation strategies, and digital transformation efforts.
- Leading or participating in training, development, and qualification processes for new product launches or technology transitions.
- Offering engineering support to rectify out-of-control situations, resolve process-related issues, and implement preventive and corrective measures.
- Conducting capacity assessments and identifying potential improvements for bottleneck stations.
- Ensuring processes and equipment comply with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and company policies.
You excel in building partnerships and fostering collaboration to achieve team objectives. You respond swiftly and effectively in fast-paced and unpredictable situations. You consistently deliver results and fulfill responsibilities even under challenging conditions.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including ERP systems, MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Experience in project management, particularly in Lean processes, digitalization, or automation projects.
- An interest in or experience with Power BI, SQL queries, programming, Power Automate, or Power Apps.
