Job Description

• Design and execute robust security protocols, policies, and procedures within the technology division.
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in Information Security, Audit, or Risk Management roles, with substantial exposure in financial services or similarly regulated sectors.
• Monitor and react to security incidents to protect the organization's systems and data integrity.
• Strong understanding of Information Security control areas such as Authentication/Authorization, Access Controls, Entitlement, Cryptography, Encryption, Network, Application/System Security, and Key Management. Comprehensive knowledge of Vulnerability Management frameworks (OWASP, SANS) is critical.
• Expertise in SDLC, Agile/Iterative, DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies, and their integration with thorough security evaluations.
• Proven knowledge and application of the Singapore regulatory framework, including local legislation related to information security, technology risk, and data protection (e.g., MAS TRM, PDPC PDPA).
• Familiarity with international standards such as ISO-27001, NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, and their practical implementation.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate successfully. Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to pinpoint vulnerabilities and suggest enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and legal mandates.
• Maintain and upgrade security systems to proactively address emerging threats.
• Provide expert advice on security best practices to stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Manage third-party security evaluations and vendor relationships.
• Deliver consistent reports on security performance and incidents to senior management.

• Relevant qualifications in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related discipline.
• In-depth understanding of security principles, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Experience with security tools and technologies, including monitoring and incident response systems.
• Demonstrated capability to manage incidents and implement effective security measures.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and effectively present findings.
• Relevant Information Security Industry qualifications/certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, pertinent SANS certifications, Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure), or equivalent industry-recognized credentials are essential.
