Position Overview

Functional / Technical Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee a team of five specialists within the Private Wealth Management IT sector.
• Manage the design, development, and implementation of solutions across various streams.
• Ensure the quality and performance of solutions delivered by setting best practices.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to assess project progress, pinpoint risks, and synchronize objectives.
• Host workshops to collect requirements and showcase solutions to business teams.
• Organize training and facilitate the implementation of changes for business users.
• Work collaboratively with all stakeholders on project management and governance matters.

Technical & Functional Qualifications

• Experience in the Private Wealth Management domain with a solid understanding of banking operations.
• 3–5 years of experience in leading IT teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall frameworks.
• Background in budget execution and financial forecasting within the functional domain.
• Strong proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
