Blockchain Engineer

We are on the lookout for a talented Blockchain Engineer to create, develop, and execute blockchain-centric solutions. The perfect candidate will possess a deep knowledge of blockchain technology, distributed ledgers, and the development of smart contracts. Your responsibilities will include designing blockchain networks, integrating with external systems, and implementing security best practices for enterprise-level applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and deploy smart contracts utilizing Solidity, Daml, or various other blockchain programming languages.
• Architect and implement blockchain network structures and distributed ledger systems.
• Develop digital exchanges, digital identities, and tokenization processes.
• Integrate blockchain solutions with third-party applications and systems.
• Apply cryptographic protocols to ensure secure blockchain transactions.
• Engage with P2P networks, staking methods, and consensus algorithms.
• Leverage Kubernetes and cloud services (AWS or Azure) for effective deployment and scalability.
• Adhere to DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines for blockchain solutions.
• Ensure adherence to standards in financial services, payments, and the cryptocurrency sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical issues.
• Conduct security assessments and institute security best practices for blockchain applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technologies, distributed ledgers, smart contracts, and tokenization.
• Practical experience in smart contract development using Solidity, Daml, Rust, Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, Go, or Python.
• Experience in designing blockchain networks and digital identity frameworks utilizing Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP).
• Understanding of cryptographic principles and security protocols in the blockchain space.
• Familiarity with P2P networks, staking mechanisms, and consensus algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Strong foundation in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of the financial services, payments, and cryptocurrency industries.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and debugging abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Hyperledger, Ethereum, or alternative blockchain frameworks.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks for financial and blockchain applications.
• Background in security best practices related to enterprise blockchain applications.
