Now Hiring: Senior Executive – Security Operations (Security Analyst – Security Tools Administration)

We are seeking a seasoned Security Operations professional to oversee, administer, and continuously improve enterprise cybersecurity tools deployed across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain enterprise security tools, including SIEM, EDR, Network Traffic Analysis (NTA), Gigamon, IPS and DAM.
• Configure security policies, detection rules, log sources, agents and sensors.
• Carry out SIEM log onboarding, parsing, detection tuning and dashboard reporting.
• Manage EDR deployment, endpoint protection policies and threat containment.
• Enhance network visibility, security monitoring and threat detection capabilities.
• Support security tool integration, upgrades, technology refresh, and implementation initiatives.
• Automate security operations using Python, PowerShell, APIs and SOAR tools.
• Coordinate with SOC teams, infrastructure teams and security vendors.
• Maintain security documentation and support compliance with security governance requirements.

Top 3 Mandatory Skills:

1. SIEM Administration – Google SecOps / Chronicle or equivalent enterprise SIEM.
2. EDR Administration – Policy configuration, agent deployment, monitoring and endpoint containment.
3. Network Security & Visibility – NTA, Gigamon or equivalent network packet visibility solutions.

Additional Skills:

• Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, IPS and network segmentation.
• Experience with Linux/Unix, Windows and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Python / PowerShell scripting and security automation.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF and MAS TRM.
• Financial services or insurance industry experience is an advantage.

Preferred Certifications:

CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, CCSP or relevant vendor security certifications.
