IT Support Engineer

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot software, hardware, or network-related problems. Provide support for video conferencing, remote work solutions, and communication tools. Oversee device setup, imaging, and user access management. Respond to on-site and remote technical support inquiries. Keep asset logs and maintain IT documentation. Carry out system updates and configuration modifications. Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for repairs or replacements. Assist with the installation of new software and systems. Ensure the functionality of data backup and recovery systems. Support security compliance, including antivirus measures and patch management.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in IT or a related discipline. 2-4 years of experience in IT support. Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on remote assistance. Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and M365 environments. Knowledge of networking, VPNs, and Active Directory. A collaborative team player who is dedicated to assisting others. Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on thorough documentation.
