Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the attainment of annual key performance indicators for the cluster and drive business expansion. Organize regular meetings with agency leaders to enhance sales and recruitment outcomes. Inspire and guide top performers to reach agency goals. Recognize and nurture prospective agency leaders within the cluster. Cultivate strong collaborative relationships across different departments. Oversee operational needs and deliver logistical assistance to the team. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and advocate for professionalism within agencies. Create a conducive working atmosphere within the cluster. Evaluate business and regulatory compliance risks and execute mitigation plans. Stay updated on industry developments related to regulatory compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• A foundational degree. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Capable of conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses. Experience in project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A collaborative team member with a focus on performance management. Openness to learning and adapting to changes.
