Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a servant leader to facilitate Agile methodologies and ensure the successful execution of Digital Channel initiatives, including RM Portal, Client Portal, and Client Relationship Management solutions.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, promoting teamwork and alignment with business goals.
• Engage with cross-functional teams consisting of product owners, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-caliber solutions within the private banking sector.
• Eliminate obstacles and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement for the Agile team.
• Ensure compliance with Agile principles and best practices while customizing frameworks to meet specific project needs.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on team performance utilizing Agile metrics, including velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring the timely achievement of project milestones and effective conflict resolution.
• Offer mentorship and support to team members regarding Agile methodologies, fostering an environment of learning and collaboration.
• Align projects with organizational objectives, regulatory mandates, and compliance standards in the private banking field.
• Facilitate the implementation of digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• 12-15 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years serving as a Scrum Master overseeing complex projects in the private banking domain.
• Demonstrated experience managing Digital Channel projects, including RM Portal, Client Portal, and Client Relationship Management solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and practices; certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the private banking sector, particularly in client relationship management and digital transformation trends.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to proactively identify risks and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Robust problem-solving skills with an emphasis on delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Experience collaborating with distributed and diverse teams.
• Background in implementing or managing Client Portal or RM Portal projects within private banking.
• Knowledge of digital transformation in financial services and associated compliance standards.
• Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, PMI-ACP).
