Pega Lead System Architect

Core Responsibilities

Collaborate as a member of a diverse and agile team. Duties may encompass roles such as Team Leader, Content or Domain Expert, Senior Domain/Module Consultant, and Lead Business or Systems Analyst. This role involves leading or assisting in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of systems and software, as well as managing various project work streams and deliverables. Additionally, you may take charge of specific project modules or activities as needed and develop solutions for defined business or technical challenges.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Experience in software development within the banking and financial sectors.
• Expertise in all Pega rule types, including UI, Flows, Flow Actions, Harness, Integration, Agents, and Activities.
• Proficient with debugging tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, SMA, and Live UI.
• Comprehensive understanding of Pega Implementation cycles, which includes PRC deployment, development, testing, bug resolution, and troubleshooting.
• Strong grasp of rules management and related tools (e.g., export/import tools, skimming, bulk processing tools).
• Good knowledge of SQL, specifically using Oracle.
• Experience in web design and development with HTML and JavaScript.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum methodologies within self-organizing teams.
• Oversee key design aspects of Pega implementation, ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Engage in business value assessments and participate in the elaboration of business requirements.
• Collaborate with other teams to address cross-functional challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience as a Lead System Architect (LSA) across various accounts.
• More than 10 years of cumulative experience with Pega.
• Certified as a Lead System Architect.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
• Familiarity with DevOps and Agile frameworks.
• Robust technical expertise across all Pega rule types and associated tools.
• Thorough understanding of banking and financial systems.
