Key Responsibilities

• Creates software solutions by analyzing user needs, collaborating with stakeholders, evaluating system workflows, data usage, and operational processes, and troubleshooting issues while adhering to the software development lifecycle.
• Assesses operational feasibility by reviewing analyses, defining problems, understanding requirements, developing solutions, and evaluating proposed outcomes.
• Documents and illustrates solutions by generating documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code annotations, and well-structured code.
• Prepares and implements solutions by defining system specifications, standards, and developing programming requirements.
• Enhances operations through systems analysis; suggests modifications to policies and procedures as needed.
• Demonstrates proficiency in managing cross-browser compatibility challenges and employing effective workarounds; engages in continuous learning through professional literature and networking.
• Offers insights by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing development and service-related issues.
• Contributes to the engineering and organizational goals by achieving related results as required.
• Mentors and develops software engineers by providing guidance, coaching, and learning opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in web development
• Strong expertise in web markup including HTML5, CSS3, and/or Ant Design framework
• Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing frameworks, such as LESS and SASS
• Skilled in client-side scripting and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and libraries, particularly Angular and Express (NodeJS)
• Thorough understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• In-depth knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and effective solutions
• Experienced with ORM frameworks and SQL-based queries, preferably with MariaDB
• Good grasp of RESTful API principles and capable of developing APIs in Express
• Proficient in charting libraries, specifically D3.js and Highcharts
• Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle and experience utilizing tools such as GIT, SVN, Jenkins, Bamboo, JIRA, etc.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Exceptional troubleshooting, diagnostic, debugging, and analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated initiative and a strong sense of ownership.
• Effective leadership skills with the ability to manage initiatives and lead a small team of developers.
