Key Responsibilities

Expertise in FX and Cross Currency:

• Utilize deep knowledge of FX and cross-currency markets to provide support for payment systems.
• Work closely with trading and risk management teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related challenges.

Level 2 Production Support:

• Deliver Level 2 support for FX and cross-currency payment systems.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues to maintain system stability.
• Ensure production systems achieve high availability and reliability.

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Practices:

• Implement SRE principles to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Automate processes and create tools to enhance operational workflows.
• Perform root cause analysis and establish preventive strategies for recurring problems.

Development of Monitoring Tools:

• Create and develop sophisticated monitoring solutions for early detection of system issues.
• Integrate monitoring tools into current infrastructure to maximize performance.

Experience with Cloud / AWS:

• Leverage AWS services for the deployment and management of cloud applications.
• Design scalable and secure solutions to bolster system performance.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in cloud environments.
