Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced ICT Assessment Certified Solution Architect & Software Developer to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive ICT solutions. This position demands a high level of technical proficiency, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and the capacity to align ICT initiatives with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture:

• Assess business needs and convert them into effective ICT solutions.
• Create scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures by applying industry best practices.
• Assess and incorporate third-party tools and platforms to enhance system capabilities.
• Develop technical documentation such as system architecture diagrams, integration flows, and solution designs.

Software Development:

• Guide the development of enterprise-level applications, ensuring compliance with coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to produce high-quality software solutions.
• Develop and maintain microservices, APIs, and integrations.
• Conduct code reviews, unit tests, and continuous integration to ensure software reliability.

ICT Assessment and Certification Compliance:

• Perform ICT assessments to evaluate and certify solutions for compliance with relevant regulatory and organizational standards.
• Offer recommendations to bridge gaps identified during evaluations.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with stakeholders to grasp business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Communicate architectural strategies and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Track system performance, troubleshoot problems, and implement improvements.
• Enhance ICT solutions to boost efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Certifications (Essential):

• ICT Assessment Certification.

Technical Proficiencies:

• Extensive experience in software development using languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Expertise in designing and deploying cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Comprehensive knowledge of system integration, microservices architecture, and API development.
• Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
