SAP MM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a Day in the Life of an Infoscion
• Evaluate client business needs and convert them into efficient SAP MM solutions
• Design, configure, test, and implement SAP MM capabilities aligned with business objectives
• Manage and facilitate SAP MM implementation rollouts, upgrades, and support initiatives
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, conduct solution demonstrations, and organize conference room pilots
• Draft functional specifications and work in tandem with technical teams to achieve development and enhancement goals
• Spot process inefficiencies and propose business process enhancements and system optimizations
• Create effort estimates, project documentation, and implementation strategies
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules
• Assist client stakeholders throughout testing, go-live, and hypercare phases
• Engage in organizational initiatives, knowledge management, and continuous improvement efforts

Technical Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in SAP MM, showcasing strong functional consulting capabilities
• Hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration, covering Purchasing, Pricing, Account Determination, Inventory Management, LIV, and Physical Inventory
• In-depth knowledge of Material Master, Vendor Master, and Organizational Structure configuration
• Experience with PR, PO processes, and Release Strategy configuration
• At least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
• Ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications and manage solutions from blueprint through to go-live
• Expertise in Special Procurement Processes, including Subcontracting, STO, and Consignment
• Strong integration experience with SAP SD and SAP FI modules, along with familiarity with SAP and non-SAP interfaces
• Capability to identify and implement improvements in business processes and system enhancements
• Exceptional analytical, stakeholder management, client-facing communication, and project leadership skills

• Good understanding of software configuration management systems
• Awareness of current technologies and industry trends
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with effective collaboration skills
• Understanding of financial processes across various project types and the range of pricing models available
• Ability to evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technological solutions
• Knowledge of one or two industry domains
