Job Description:

• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will focus on identifying core customer challenges, diagnosing issues, crafting innovative solutions, and facilitating implementation to ensure client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of sections of the proposal document, contributing your expertise to solution design and developing comprehensive proposals.
• Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, customizing the product according to design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and addressing any inquiries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will lead product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budget constraints while adhering to the organization's financial policies.
• Take the lead on small projects, contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary skill: Proficient in Java, with an emphasis on best practices, Microservice Architecture, Design Patterns, API Development, and DevOps Tools.
• Primary skill: Extensive hands-on experience in creating Microservice-based APIs utilizing Java 8 or later, Spring, Spring Boot, REST Services, and JPA.
• Primary skill: Solid practical knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MongoDB, etc.
• Secondary skill: Familiarity with distributed event streaming platforms like Kafka.
• Secondary skill: Skilled in DevOps and API monitoring tools, including Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, CI/CD, Maven, Datadog, Prometheus, and Splunk.
• Secondary skill: Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and various cloud services such as Azure and AWS, as well as Hibernate, will be advantageous.
• Secondary skills: Strong understanding of code review processes, automated unit and integration testing, and code review tools like Check Style, Find Bugs, SonarQube, Sonar Lint, Jacoco, Junit, and Mockito.
• Secondary skill: Experience in development using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
