Implementation Consultant and Integration Developer

Job Overview:

• Confirm our comprehension of requirements while establishing both functional and technical specifications for the Sprinklr platform
• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of CCaaS solutions for large-scale enterprise clients
• Develop implementation strategies and solution architectures that align with client objectives
• Facilitate client discovery workshops, gather requirements, and engage in strategic planning to ensure roadmap alignment and value delivery
• Conduct workshops to collect business requirements
• Identify necessary workflows and integration requirements

Core Responsibilities:

• Experience in executing contact center or CCaaS implementations
• Familiarity with platforms including Genesys, Amazon Connect, Cisco Webex, RingCentral, or equivalents
• In-depth knowledge of voice technologies such as VoIP, SIP, RTP, and WebRTC
• Background in solution architecture, integrations, and API design
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects for enterprises
• Exceptional communication skills with clients and strong stakeholder management abilities
• Capacity to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Design and implement comprehensive integration solutions
• Experience with REST APIs and Postman
• Knowledge of middleware and iPaaS solutions, e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services
• Proficient in API orchestration and data transformation utilizing JSON and XML
• Experience with ETL and ELT pipelines for customer interaction data
• Understanding of authentication methods including OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, and API keys across iPaaS solutions and enterprise API gateways
• Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and Kafka
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or .NET
