Job Description
Job Overview:
- Confirm our comprehension of requirements while establishing functional and technical specifications for the Sprinklr platform
- Oversee the comprehensive implementation of CCaaS solutions tailored for enterprise clients
- Formulate implementation strategies and solution architectures that align with client objectives
- Facilitate client discovery workshops for requirement gathering sessions and strategic roadmap alignment to enhance value realization
- o Conduct workshops to collect business requirements
- o Determine workflows and integration necessities
Core Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in delivering contact center or CCaaS implementations
- Familiarity with platforms like Genesys, Amazon Connect, Cisco Webex, RingCentral, or similar
- Solid understanding of voice technologies such as VoIP, SIP, RTP, and WebRTC
- Experience in solution architecture, integrations, and API design
- Demonstrated success in managing complex enterprise projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in client-facing roles
- Adept at handling multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Design and implement comprehensive integration solutions
- Proficient in REST APIs and Postman
- Experience with middleware iPaaS platforms, e.g.,

- MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services
- API orchestration and data transformation using JSON and XML
- Development of ETL and ELT pipelines for customer interaction data
- Implementation of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, API keys, iPaaS platforms, and enterprise API gateways
- Knowledge of data formats including JSON, XML, CSV, and Kafka
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Node
