Job Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with significant experience in aerospace manufacturing, particularly with DELMIA Digital Manufacturing DM on the 3DExperience platform and CATIA V5.
- This position is centered on the development of Work Instructions, Work Plans, and Process Plans for Aircraft Components and Assemblies, ensuring that all outputs meet producibility, quality, and aerospace compliance standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Create Work Instructions, Work Plans, and Process Plans utilizing the DELMIA DM tool on the 3DExperience platform for the assembly sequence of Aircraft Components.
- Conduct process planning methodologies, planning, and producibility evaluations for aerospace structures.
- Analyze Engineering Drawings, EBOM, MBOM, Task Lists, Build Routing Sequence, and Process Flow documentation.
- Formulate and standardize Detailed Work Statements (DWS), develop business cases, and promote standardization in process planning.
- Engage extensively with the DELMIA DM tool on the 3DX platform and CATIA V5 in various aerospace manufacturing engineering tasks.
- Collaborate with clients to clarify project scopes, address inquiries, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality manufacturing engineering results.
- Coordinate with offshore teams, mentor engineers, and uphold compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards.
Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering (ME) roles related to aerospace programs.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Aircraft life cycle, including Fuselage and Systems.
- Proficient hands-on experience with the DELMIA 3DX platform, CATIA V5, and MS Office applications.
Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and compliance obligations.
- Experience with metallic and composite aerospace structures and components.
- Proficiency in CAD tools, specifically CATIA V5, and PLM tools like ENOVIA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement and team collaboration.
