Salesforce nCino Developer

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and implement solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System, built on the Salesforce platform.

· Configure and customize nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Retail Lending, Onboarding, and Deposits.

· Build and support features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, Process Builder, and Visualforce.

· Integrate nCino with third-party applications through REST/SOAP APIs.

· Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

· Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, manage deployments, and provide production support.

· Apply Salesforce and nCino best practices to ensure security, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills

· Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Development, including Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.

· Practical experience with nCino Platform Development.

· Experience developing Salesforce integrations and APIs.

· Knowledge of the Salesforce Data Model, Security, and Sharing Rules.

· Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment methodologies.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred Qualifications

· nCino Certification (preferred).

· Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder.

· Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
