Primary Duties:
- Effectively facilitate the Scrum process and its ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Enhance collaboration and communication among team members and leadership to achieve successful project results.
- Possess a solid understanding of Scrum principles and Agile engineering methodologies.
- Ensure clear communication between the team, the Product Owner, and all relevant stakeholders.
- Support the Product Owner in prioritizing the Product Backlog.
- Implement process enhancements to boost the team's productivity.
Technical Qualifications:
- Possess strong functional and application knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 modules, specifically in Shipping, MSCA, WMS, and Inventory.
- Demonstrate hands-on implementation experience with Oracle EBS R12 WMS functionalities, including Picking, Putaway, Task Management, Cross Docking, Barcode label printing, handheld devices, scanners, and 3PL.
- Experience in designing and delivering intricate custom solutions in highly integrated applications, including the integration of third-party WMS, Transportation Management, Trade Compliance, excise applications, and EDI with Oracle EBS.
- Familiarity with Transportation Management, PDH, PIM, and SCP modules will be considered an advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Master Data Management, and Intercompany processes is essential.
