Kinaxis Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, your main focus will be to uncover customer challenges, assess problem areas, devise creative solutions, and ensure successful implementation, leading to enhanced client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of sections of the proposal document, contributing insights in solution design that align with your expertise.
• Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, tailoring the product according to the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in addressing any inquiries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will perform product demonstrations, lead Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgetary constraints while adhering to organizational financial policies.
• Take the lead on small projects and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing various Kinaxis RapidResponse modules such as Supply Planning, Forecasting, Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, and Sales Operations Planning is required.
• Candidates should possess comprehensive knowledge of different seeded resources, including worksheets, alerts, metrics, and scorecards.
• Experience in at least one of these modules is essential.
• Proficiency in integrating Kinaxis with host ERP systems via Data Warehouses for both inbound and outbound interfaces is mandatory.
• Kinaxis RapidResponse Author certification is required.
• Having Contributor Certification is a beneficial addition.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Capability to devise value-generating strategies and models that empower clients to innovate, stimulate growth, and enhance business profitability.
• Strong understanding of software configuration management systems.
• Familiarity with current technologies and industry trends.
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a collaborative mindset.
• Knowledge of financial processes for various project types and an understanding of available pricing models.
• Ability to evaluate current processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Familiarity with one or two industry domains.
• Strong client interfacing skills.
• Project and team management capabilities.
