Salesforce Developer (1 year contract)

Position Overview:

We are in search of a proficient and seasoned Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience to become a part of our vibrant team. The right candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with organizational requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Development: Create, develop, and implement bespoke Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• System Integration: Connect Salesforce with various third-party systems and internal applications utilizing APIs, REST, SOAP, and middleware solutions.
• Customization and Configuration: Tailor Salesforce functionalities such as workflows, process builders, validation rules, and approval processes to fulfill business needs.
• Data Management: Execute data migration, mapping, and cleansing to ensure data integrity and uniformity across platforms.
• Collaboration: Engage closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and fellow developers to gather requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
• Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to guarantee high-quality outputs and reduce post-deployment issues.
• Documentation: Develop technical documentation, encompassing design specifications, process flows, and user manuals for the solutions implemented.
• Salesforce Updates: Remain informed about Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to enhance platform efficiency and recommend enhancements.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a comparable position.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools, such as workflows, process builder, and flow builder.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Practical experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration with external applications.
• Acquainted with version control systems like Git and deployment tools including Ant, Copado, or Salesforce DX.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Platform Developer I or II) is highly desirable.
