QA Engineer (Manual Testing | Wealth Management | CRM)

We are seeking a QA Engineer with 8-12 years of experience specializing in Functional/Manual Testing. The perfect candidate will possess hands-on expertise in CRM applications, the Wealth Management sector, and Client Onboarding procedures.

Essential Skills

• Extensive Manual & Functional Testing proficiency
• Experience in testing CRM applications
• Knowledge of the Wealth Management domain
• Testing experience with Client Onboarding workflows
• Competence in Test Case Design, Execution & Defect Management
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Jira (Xray is a plus)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Desirable Skills

• Experience in Automation Testing (Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, etc.)
• REST API Testing expertise
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins)
• Exposure to Banking, Payments, and E-Banking environments
• Development experience, particularly with Spring Boot or similar frameworks, is a plus
• Strong understanding of best practices, clean code policies, branching strategies, and security scans

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement test cases
• Conduct comprehensive end-to-end functional testing
• Validate CRM and client onboarding processes
• Monitor and manage defects
• Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners
• Assist with automation and API testing initiatives as needed
