Responsibilities

• Central Function: Act as a pivotal member of the exchange and clearing operations by ensuring smooth execution, stability, and integrity across all operational processes to effectively achieve the organization's goals and operational results.
• Precision in Trade Execution: Acquire practical experience in executing and carefully overseeing trade, clearing, and settlement processes, ensuring both accuracy and efficiency.
• Regulatory Adherence: Build a thorough understanding of Exchange and Clearing Rules and Procedures. Take an active role in ensuring compliance with exchange and clearing regulations.
• Insightful Data Analysis: Employ your strong analytical abilities and financial knowledge to assist in evaluating trading activities and market trends, facilitating the creation of insightful reports.
• Holistic Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams and external partners to promote the smooth operation of exchange and clearing functions.
• SOP Compliance: Gain a deep understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and ensure consistent compliance with established workflows and controls.
• Reporting Excellence: Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in all operational and regulatory reporting activities.

• Operational Continuity: This position entails working on a rotating shift schedule to ensure consistent support for 22/5 exchange and clearing operations. Shift allowances will be available for eligible shift duties.

Qualifications

• Recent Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Passion for the financial sector coupled with a strong desire to excel in exchange and clearing operations.
