RPO Talent Partner (Tech)

The Opportunity

• We are seeking a skilled recruiter to become part of our Talent Solutions team, working onsite with one of our RPO clients in the Technology sector.

Discover the Division You Could Join

• You will become a member of a dynamic office consisting of over 60 recruiters in Singapore and be integrated into a Talent Solutions team of more than 30 recruiters. Within this division, various teams focus on recruitment for distinct clients, with the majority of recruiters working onsite at the client’s location. You will report directly to the Client Director overseeing that specific account.

Your Responsibilities as an RPO Talent Partner (Tech)

• Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment targets.
• Identifying candidates through advertising, networking, and search methods.
• Conducting interviews, selection processes, and candidate assessments.
• Managing relationships with client stakeholders, primarily Internal Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
• Preparing candidates and clients for interviews.
• Ensuring all candidates and clients receive exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
• Documenting all candidate and client information in the database system.
• Maintaining up-to-date records for all relevant information.

What We Are Looking For

• A proven history as a recruitment consultant, whether in-house or agency, specializing in tech positions.
• A minimum of 2 years in tech recruitment, focusing on filling tech roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an organized approach to work.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
• A professional, driven individual with a consistently positive attitude, a passion for learning, and a collaborative spirit.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, self-assurance, and the ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
