Revenue Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operational workflow across Revenue Operations

• Perform accurate and timely data entry, modifications, and process support tasks in Salesforce and related systems

• Maintain CRM hygiene including data validation and cleansing

• Monitor and triage sales support requests, escalating issues when required

• Provide QA support for Salesforce changes including territory assignments and account structure updates

• Assist devOps Managers and Analysts with bulk uploads, report refreshes, case management and pipeline accuracy

• Distribute weekly sales activity reports for leadership visibility

• Validate data for Salesforce updates and system enhancements

• Support territory changes and commission-related adjustments

• Maintain documentation for completed operational tasks for audit and tracking

• Handle special projects and ad-hoc requests across Revenue Operations
