SAP SF ECP Functional Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• A typical day as an Infoscion
• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, your primary responsibility will be to delve into customer challenges, identify problem areas, craft innovative solutions, and oversee their implementation, ensuring client satisfaction.
• You will take the lead in developing proposal sections, contributing insights for solution design based on your areas of expertise.
• Your role will involve planning configuration activities, adjusting the product according to the design, conducting conference room pilot sessions, and assisting in addressing any queries related to requirements and solution designs.
• You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with customer budget requirements and adhere to the organization's financial policies.
• Take the initiative to lead small projects and actively participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 8 years in consulting within SuccessFactors HCM.
• Experience in implementing US Payroll with a solid understanding of both local and global payroll regulations.
• Certification in Employee Central Payroll is mandatory, along with at least two full cycle end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Demonstrated experience as a SuccessFactors Systems Analyst or in a similar capacity, with a comprehensive grasp of SAP SuccessFactors modules and functionalities.
• Skilled in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules to meet specific business needs.
• Expertise in delivering consulting services to global organizations on HCM best practices and assisting clients in transitioning to SAP HCM Cloud solutions.
• Ability to translate requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Designs for the SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution, adhering to best practices.
• Hands-on experience with all Data Models and strong knowledge of XML.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• System configuration aligned with the Solution Design Configuration Workbook and Business Blueprint.
• Proficient in handling translations and uploading translation packs for data models configuration and MDF.
• Preparation and execution of test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• A strong aptitude for learning, adaptability, and a willingness to acquire new skills and adjust quickly to changing tasks and environments.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM and familiarity with integration activities.
• Experience with SAP Custom interfaces and reporting.
