Product Owner

Position Overview:

• As the Product Owner for Data within the PLM framework, you will be instrumental in achieving the IT Data mission and objectives by fostering business expansion through innovative technology and data solutions.
• Your journey will commence with spearheading data delivery and ensuring deployment readiness for Cybele PLM implementations, including RN1 and SK1.
• This role will evolve into comprehensive Data Product Ownership for the PLM ecosystem, guaranteeing that data assets are trusted, governed, and aligned with business value across R I.

Main Responsibilities:

• CYBELE Implementation
• Take charge of the successful implementation of CYBELE PLM across diverse regions, categories, and manufacturing sites, ensuring consistency with the global process model and business targets.
• Serve as the main IT liaison for data deployment initiatives, guiding scope decisions, preparing for deployment, managing risks, and aligning stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Data Factory Oversight
• Direct Data Factory operations, including data scoping, profiling, cleansing, enrichment, validation, and readiness for migration, to facilitate effective CYBELE deployments.
• Manage delivery priorities, resource distribution, execution strategies, and performance indicators across Data Factory teams, deployment phases, and external collaborators.
• Promote the continuous enhancement of data quality, automation, and migration practices by applying insights gained to scale future deployment efforts.
• Hypercare Support
• Lead post-launch support and hypercare initiatives, ensuring prompt issue resolution, business continuity, and a smooth transition into standard operational procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional support teams, IT partners, and business stakeholders to address defects, prioritize remediation, and track deployment KPIs.
• Data Transfer
• Establish and oversee a comprehensive data migration strategy, ensuring the accurate, complete, and compliant transfer of product specifications and master data into CYBELE.
• Facilitate data mapping, cleansing, digitization, validation, and quality assurance across both structured and unstructured data sources.
• PLM Data Product Leadership
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for PLM data products and related data assets.
• Collaborate with R I business stakeholders to convert business requirements into prioritized data capabilities and enhancements.
• Manage data product backlogs, define requirements, and establish value delivery metrics.
• Ensure the integration of data quality governance, metadata management, and business ownership across the PLM landscape.
• Drive the harmonization and standardization of PLM data across various regions, functions, and deployment phases.
• Oversee the lifecycle of PLM data assets, encompassing enhancements, support, compliance, and ongoing improvement.
• Work jointly with IT Data Product SMEs, Data Leads, and Digital Data Factory teams to provide scalable and sustainable data solutions.

Technical Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, IT, or Information Systems.
• 10 years of overall experience, including 5-7 years in Data Product Management across agile full product lifecycles, from discovery to delivery.
• Extensive experience in the FMCG Retail Data Analytics sector.
• Proven success in implementing data products related to Product Lifecycle Management, Ingredients, Semi-Finished Goods, BOM, and Packaging Items, along with experience in integrating sources using standard MDM principles.
• Ability to effectively combine technical expertise with knowledge of business processes, demonstrated through the rollout of data products in multiple markets.
• Essential experience in data catalog documentation and managing product usage throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Strong background in collaborating with Data Architects, Ingestion teams, Data Scientists, and visualization teams within an agile framework.
• Expertise in leading squads and tribes, with the capability to define user stories and prioritize backlogs according to the Senior Product Owner’s vision.
• Exceptional ability to connect and engage diverse stakeholders within a complex organization, including Global, Local Business, and IT colleagues.
• Experience in implementing modern data strategies and solutions utilizing cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, Google, Informatica Cloud, Databricks, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Skilled in articulating complex data concepts in accessible terms for effective stakeholder management.
