Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough competitor analysis for the IBUs client introduction, offering insights and ground intelligence. Create detailed customer maps for identified clients and assist the Manager of Client Services during contract negotiations. Identify key contacts within client organizations and relay customer feedback regarding project delivery to the IBU Manager of Client Services. The ultimate goal is to expand the IBU presence by leveraging Infosys’s firsthand experience against competitors, showcasing business value to clients, enhancing account growth, and reducing revenue loss, all while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
