As a Researcher, you will have the chance to advance your professional skills by joining one of the finest Research Teams in the nation and collaborating with award-winning directors on confidential and time-sensitive search assignments. The projects you undertake will span a diverse range of areas with regional coverage.
Our market focus encompasses a variety of industries including Financial Services, FMCG, Technology, Energy & Commodities, and Legal, among others. You will engage with a spectrum of roles, from niche specialty positions to senior departmental heads and C-suite executives. Your responsibilities will include gathering market intelligence, mapping the market, sourcing and screening candidates, and providing insights on candidate selection and key target organizations.
Job Scope:
- Systematically mapping targeted organizations and talent pools
- Conducting market research to understand industry trends
- Identifying candidates through database searches, networking, and online platforms
- Initiating contact with potential candidates through various channels
- Maintaining an organized and up-to-date candidate database
- Analyzing competitors and industry leaders to identify key targets and trends
- Creating organizational charts and industry maps for talent visualization
- Assessing candidate qualifications and suitability for executive roles
- Providing market intelligence and insights to support decision-making
- Collaborating with consultants to refine candidate profiles and search strategies
- Analyzing data to optimize search strategies and improve outcomes
- Contributing to the development of targeted search strategies
- Documenting findings and producing concise reports and updates for consultants
- Ensuring compliance with ethical standards, data protection, and industry regulations
Requirements:
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strong reasoning skills, conversational ability, and commercial acumen
- Comfortable making persistent cold calls, managing objections, and converting cold calls into warm connections over the phone
- Demonstrated organizational discipline with integrity and the ability to exercise discretion in a confidential setting
- Able to engage senior executives and put them at ease
- Interest in current affairs and market developments
- Demonstrable intellectual rigor and a track record of goal-oriented achievements
