This is a 12-month contract role, with the possibility of extension and potential transition to a permanent position based on performance. The role requires working onsite at our Singapore office. Position Details: Position Title: SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager - Implementation Experience Required: 5+ years Location: Singapore Contract Duration: 12 months (extendable, with potential for permanent placement) Work Mode: Onsite (Work From Office) Role Overview: The successful candidate will lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementations, demonstrating strong technical and functional expertise. This role demands direct engagement with clients and HR teams in Singapore, ensuring seamless project delivery and support throughout all project phases. Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience managing comprehensive SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation projects.
• Practical, hands-on techno-functional experience collaborating directly with clients and HR teams in Singapore.
• Deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Certification in at least two SAP SuccessFactors modules is mandatory.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to conduct business analysis, design solutions, and deliver projects effectively.
• Presales experience will be considered an advantage.
