Our client, a well-established main contractor firm, invites a Winner to join the team as a Project Manager (Data Centre).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take ownership of the planning, coordination, and delivery of M&E projects within data centre environments, ensuring effective execution from start through completion.
• Oversee project performance across progress, costs, and schedules to ensure delivery is achieved on time, within budget, and in line with project specifications.
• Develop and deliver project reports, proposals, and supporting documentation for stakeholders.
• Partner with clients to understand needs, conduct technical reviews, and recommend value engineering initiatives.
• Ensure all works meet applicable local regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Identify, monitor, and manage project risks and challenges, providing timely updates and implementing suitable solutions.
• Manage, coach, and supervise project teams and contractors to drive performance and uphold accountability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in managing data centre construction or M&E projects.
• Strong grasp of project delivery processes, cost control, and scheduling in a construction setting.
• Good knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Valid Electrician's Licence issued by the Energy Market Authority (EMA) is advantageous.

• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$10,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
