Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain core values and ensure project excellence at every stage. Proactively participate in the tendering process in collaboration with relevant departments as instructed by senior management. Take full responsibility for project management once contracts are secured. Create a detailed Project Construction Methodology for approval by senior management, which includes planning construction methods, sequences, manpower, and equipment requirements. Work closely with the project manager and other teams to finalize the construction budget for management approval. Review the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance throughout the life of the project. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and staff. Oversee the timely preparation of monthly progress reports by project managers. Manage site operations while ensuring adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Lead value engineering initiatives and cost-saving strategies while approving site purchases and rentals. Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to enhance communication and collaboration. Conduct joint site inspections with project teams to improve operational efficiency and resolve any performance challenges. Provide mentorship and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with regulations and client specifications. Maintain thorough records and documentation to facilitate variation orders and project closure. Promote team unity and a positive working atmosphere. Ensure the development and implementation of a Project BIM Execution Plan that aligns with the corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification. At least 8 years of relevant experience in managing large and complex construction projects. A proven history of familiarity with authority submissions and regulatory standards. Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Independent, detail-oriented, and diligent, demonstrating a proactive and motivated approach to teamwork. Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
