Job Description
- Project Management: Oversee and execute technology projects within the insurance sector, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within defined scope, and within budget constraints.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work in conjunction with various teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, goals, and deliverables.
- Planning & Monitoring: Create and sustain project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and performance metrics.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address project challenges.
- Stakeholder Communication: Deliver consistent updates, solicit feedback, and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Guarantee that all projects comply with industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices throughout their lifecycle.
- Team Collaboration: Organize project meetings, encourage teamwork, and foster engagement among project team members.
- Reporting: Compile and present project status reports, dashboards, and summaries to senior management and stakeholders.
