Production Management Consultant

Position Overview

The Production Management Consultant role focuses on supporting mission-critical regulatory applications and live production environments across Asia. The incumbent will ensure the stability, availability, and robustness of production systems while collaborating closely with global stakeholders to handle incidents, oversee production changes, and mitigate operational risks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Production Management combined with solid software development expertise and the ability to operate efficiently within a large, international setting.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain production infrastructure and applications to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor, analyze, and coordinate the resolution of production incidents across multiple global regions
• Assist with production deployments, software releases, and regulatory updates
• Review and manage production changes to maintain system stability and reduce operational risks
• Ensure timely generation and delivery of regulatory reports across Asian markets
• Utilize software development skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex production system issues
• Champion automation initiatives, process enhancements, and improve system observability and platform health
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to address production challenges and gather requirements
• Contribute to strengthening the resilience and maturity of the production management function in Singapore

 

Candidate Requirements

• Between 5 to 10 years of experience in production management, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), infrastructure, or platform engineering, with a background in software development
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in software development
• Proven experience supporting large-scale, global technology environments
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and incident management skills
• Knowledge of financial markets and regulatory systems is a plus

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java (preferred), or strong experience in other programming languages
• Understanding of regulatory systems and reporting platforms
• A proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and improvement
