Key Responsibilities:

• In your role as a key member of the Infosys consulting team, you will focus on understanding client challenges, diagnosing problem areas, designing creative solutions, and facilitating their implementation to ensure client satisfaction.

Technical Requirements:

• Position: PEGA Senior Developer - Smart Investigations
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years
• Certification: PEGA Senior System Architect (SSA) is essential
• Domain Expertise: Banking and Financial Services
• Core Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and configure PEGA applications utilizing Smart Investigate frameworks
• Manage and construct end-to-end case lifecycle flows, assignments, and validations
• Develop and sustain integrations with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs
• Lead and mentor PEGA development teams, conducting design and code reviews
• Implement and support Smart Investigation for Securities use cases in accordance with banking and regulatory standards
• Utilize PEGA Queue Processors for asynchronous processing
• Engage in and support SWIFT-related banking transaction workflows and investigations
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams within an Agile Scrum framework
• Support production releases, upgrades, and initiatives for continuous improvement
• Essential Skills
• 6 years of hands-on experience with PEGA
• Proficient in Smart Investigate, Smart Disputes, and Smart Investigation for Securities
• Knowledge of banking disputes, fraud, and investigation processes
• Familiarity with banking systems and SWIFT messaging workflows
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, PEGA Queue Processors, services, connectors, and asynchronous processing
• Capability to utilize AI features for enhanced development speed and quality improvements
