Partner Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Vietnamese-speaking Partner Marketing Manager to lead partner and advertiser marketing efforts in Vietnam for our client. This position is centered on cultivating effective partner relationships and implementing marketing programs that enhance visibility and encourage adoption among clients in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic marketing plans in collaboration with partners to achieve measurable outcomes
• Implement these plans from inception to execution, encompassing creative development, content creation, and event management
• Create marketing materials across the APAC region while overseeing localization and distribution
• Ensure exceptional quality in creative outputs, execution, and performance measurement across all channels
• Establish strong connections with external partners and the Partnerships team, gaining insights into their business needs and challenges
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, global teams, creative departments, external agencies, and legal advisors

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years dedicated to B2B marketing or client management
• Preference for candidates with experience in partner marketing, co-marketing, event marketing, or marketplace dynamics
• Strong background in marketing strategy, execution, and performance measurement, particularly in creative and event marketing campaigns
• Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing both internal and external stakeholders, with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence plans to achieve shared KPIs and outcomes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is essential, as the role requires regular interaction with Vietnamese-speaking partners, advertisers, and stakeholders, as well as the creation and delivery of localized marketing content, partner enablement resources, webinars, and live events in Vietnamese.
