Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the daily operations to facilitate the efficient functioning of the food atrium
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and applicable government regulations
• Respond to inquiries and requests from tenants, customers, and cleaning personnel in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct routine hygiene inspections and carry out inventory assessments at the various outlets
• Execute regular cash audits to ensure alignment with the Cash Control Policy
• Coordinate and assist with virtual food delivery orders across several tenants
• Oversee stall presentation, visual merchandising standards, and employee grooming across all outlets
• Serve as the primary contact for external contractors and suppliers
• Enhance operational efficiency by suggesting and implementing innovative solutions
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Branch Manager or Senior Management

Qualifications:

• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Possess a professional, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor
• Capable of thriving under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable with cash handling and conducting audit checks
• Willingness to be assigned to various outlet locations as needed
• Ability to commit to a 6-day rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
