The Male Warden at our Medical College will be responsible for overseeing the male student dormitory, ensuring a safe, supportive, and well-maintained living environment. The role includes enforcing college policies, addressing student concerns, and fostering a positive community among residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the male student dormitory environment to ensure a safe and conducive living space.
• Enforce college rules and regulations among students, addressing any violations as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of dormitory facilities and report maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities.
• Organize and facilitate student activities and events to promote community building.
• Act as a liaison between students and college administration, addressing student concerns and feedback.
• Provide support and guidance to students regarding personal issues and academic challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, complaints, and student interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (preferably in education, social work, or administration).
• 3-10 years of experience in a supervisory or administrative role, ideally in an educational institution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, faculty, and staff.
• Ability to handle conflicts and mediate disputes among students.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain accurate records.
• Understanding of student development issues and the ability to provide appropriate support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for documentation and reporting.
