PHE and Fire Protection System Design

Position Overview:

• Position Overview
• Lead the Design Management for all Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems within new and refurbishment projects.
• Specialize in the design of Plumbing Firefighting Systems for Commercial Office Buildings and campuses, encompassing both High side and Low side systems.
• Oversee the design and implementation of rainwater harvesting and stormwater management systems at both building and campus levels.
• Direct the design and execution of Sewage Treatment Plants, Water Treatment Plants, Fire Hydrant systems, Fire Sprinkler systems, Fire Tender Roads, Fire Pump Rooms, and related infrastructure for extensive building campuses.
• Conduct reviews and optimize design Bill of Quantities (BOQ) specifications for all initiatives.
• Continuously upgrade standards and specifications to ensure compliance with current codes, including the National Building Code 2016, ECBC, USGBC, LEED, and other relevant codes and green building guidelines.
• Perform technical and commercial evaluations of vendor proposals, including the preparation of comparative analyses and recommendations.
• Facilitate the execution of projects in collaboration with vendor partners to ensure successful and timely project completion.
• Independently manage the entire project life cycle, from design through to commissioning.
• Identify opportunities for retrofitting and improvements within the campus, aligned with the organization's established standards.
• Ensure operational quality and drive excellence in operations.
• Promote innovation and the integration of cutting-edge technologies to deliver world-class buildings and campuses.
• Supervise other infrastructure-related projects.
