Architect

Responsibilities

• Establish, own, and maintain the end-to-end test strategy for firmware and WiFi features
• Lead and mentor a team of embedded and test engineers, delivering technical direction and conducting reviews
• Partner with firmware, hardware, cloud, mobile app, and product teams to ensure quality throughout every phase of development
• Own test planning, estimation, risk analysis, and defect triage across multiple product releases
• Plan, execute, and oversee functional integration regression and system testing
• Validate WiFi devices, including Models such as WiFi 5, 6 & 7
• Perform network switch testing and configuration validation
• Conduct WiFi feature validations including RADIUS sizing of GREs + #Auth sessions + AAA load + QoS catalog + DC mapping, failovers, SCPS adaptation

Drive test automation initiatives using Python scripting frameworks and CI pipelines.

Experience with WIFI testing chambers.

Use and advise the team on debugging tools, including analyzers such as Wireshark.

Define and monitor quality metrics, including defect leakage, pass rate stability, and KPIs.
