Overview

We are on the lookout for a Seller Support representative based in India, ideal for fresh graduates and entry-level applicants, to guide our sellers through our platform and contribute to their success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to sellers via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist sellers with inquiries regarding account management, product listings, and order fulfillment.
• Address issues related to seller performance metrics and offer guidance to enhance their sales.
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve intricate seller issues in a timely manner.
• Keep precise records of seller interactions and transactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Fundamental knowledge of e-commerce operations and online selling.
• Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office applications.
• Capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving abilities.

* Education: Graduate

* Proficiency in English & Hindi is essential

* Candidates who can join immediately are preferred

* Freshers: ₹19,000 Take Home

* Experienced: ₹20,000 Take Home

* Day Rotational Shifts

* Rotational Week Off
