SAP Program Manager

Job Description:

• As a member of the Infosys Program Management team, you will own complete end-to-end responsibility for delivering S/4 Greenfield Programs that enable clients to confidently navigate their digital transformation journey

Key Responsibilities:

• 1 Project Leadership Delivery
• Own end to end responsibility for delivering S/4 Greenfield Programs
• Review and lead proposal preparation activities, including project estimations and stakeholder inputs, to help position Infosys competitively
• Plan, monitor, and report project progress while managing risks, dependencies, and overall delivery health
• 2 Stakeholder Team Management
• Partner with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technical consultants, and external vendors to ensure smooth and seamless program execution
• Coach and mentor team members, deliver timely feedback, and build a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and innovation
• Support thought leadership in the SAP project management domain in alignment with Infosys processes and policies
• 3 Agile Delivery Excellence
• Use Agile and Scrum methodologies to enable iterative delivery and continuous improvement
• Champion Agile execution best practices to improve overall project outcomes

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in SAP Project Management
• Program managed at least one S/4 Greenfield implementation
• Proven experience delivering SAP projects end to end, including implementation, rollout, upgrade, and migration
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks, project estimation methods, and quality processes
• Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
• Experience working with business and technology SMEs to define requirements, create project charters, and align deliverables with business goals
• Awareness of emerging SAP technologies, digital trends, and architecture principles
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
