LEW Technician

Key Responsibilities:

· Execute daily operational tasks, which involve addressing customer inquiries, fulfilling needs, and resolving complaints

· Provide preventive and corrective technical support and maintenance for mechanical and electrical services, plumbing and sanitary services, air conditioning servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical controls

· Ensure that all LEW documentation is accurately completed and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

· Must possess an LEW certificate recognized by EMA or hold a valid Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification of Grade 7

· Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical or a related discipline

· Candidates with 2 years or more of relevant experience in Facilities Management will be preferred

· Applicants without experience are also encouraged to apply (On-the-Job Training provided)

· Availability for rotating shifts is required (2 shifts and/or 3 shifts)
