IT Infrastructure Security Engineer

Overview

Join an innovative team dedicated to the management and security of IT infrastructure. This position encompasses a combination of server and network administration along with system support duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring robust network security and adherence to compliance standards. Manage server and network configurations to improve operational effectiveness. Provide office administration and assist end-users as a secondary role. Engage in risk mitigation efforts, including operating system hardening and reviewing security logs.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required. At least 2 years of experience in IT network administration and cybersecurity is preferred. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, CISSP, RHCSA, CITP, or ISO:27001 are considered beneficial. Candidates with less experience should demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing a career in cybersecurity. Knowledge of infrastructure support and technical troubleshooting is a plus.
