Key Responsibilities:

• An insight into the daily activities of an Infosys consultant
• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will focus on understanding customer challenges, diagnosing problem areas, crafting innovative solutions, and facilitating their implementation to enhance client satisfaction
• You will take ownership of sections of the proposal document, providing valuable insights into solution design based on your areas of expertise
• Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, configuring the product according to the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in addressing any questions concerning requirements and solution design
• You will lead solution product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgetary constraints while adhering to the organization's financial guidelines
• In addition, you will actively lead small-scale projects and contribute to initiatives at both the unit level and organizational level, aiming to deliver high-quality, value-added solutions to clients

Technical Requirements:

• Core competencies in Banking Domain, Compliance Regulations, Consumer Banking, Technology Infrastructure, Server Administration, Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Industry Solutions, Retail Application Administration, ODI Technology, Server Virtualization, and Citrix XenServer

Additional Responsibilities:

• Capability to devise value-generating strategies and models that empower clients to innovate, foster growth, and enhance their business profitability
• Solid understanding of software configuration management systems
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and industry trends
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a talent for collaboration
• Comprehension of financial processes for various project types and an awareness of available pricing models
• Proficiency in evaluating current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending technological solutions
• Knowledge of one or two industry domains
