Job Description:

• Responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for AI products, prioritizing ruthlessly in the face of technical uncertainty. Converts ambiguous AI capabilities into clear requirements and user stories. Leads rapid experimentation through MVP builds, A/B tests, and evaluations to validate ideas quickly. Owns metrics and outcomes—focused on measurable impact rather than outputs alone. Manages cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, design, sales, and leadership. Makes informed trade-off decisions involving cost, latency, and quality. Drives go-to-market strategy and product adoption, balancing speed with responsible AI governance while consistently championing customer needs over AI for AI’s sake.
